I’m a Wales-based artist working in contemporary painting, creative facilitation, and reflective writing.
This is a space shaped by studio practice, lived experience, and a belief in creativity as a meaningful way of engaging with the world.

Art practice, creativity, and change
My mission is to share creative skills with open-minded people who are willing to question old habits and loosen the grip of limiting beliefs - especially the quiet ones that tell us we are “not creative.”

My art practice runs alongside my work teaching and facilitating creativity; one cannot exist without the other. I paint, teach, and write from direct experience, and what I share with others grows out of my own studio practice.

Creating art is life-changing - not because it fixes everything, but because it helps us slow down, listen more carefully, and reconnect with ourselves and with others.
